Customers can transfer service and deposits by simply calling
931-379-3233 during office hours,
7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
To better protect our customers, account information and proof of identification is needed.
Customers will need to provide MPPS with the service address for the new location
and a date to disconnect service at the old location.
A one-time connection fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account of the new location.
